BOOK.AN.EVENT

Communication is integral in my process to provide you with an amazing experience. I firmly believe in the transparency of written communication, keeping a majority of our dialogue to email so we both have a clear idea of what we can expect from the other.

 

Your time is important to me: to avoid overwhelming you and to respect your time, I limit myself to sending only five emails prior to confirmation of a booking.

There is an extensive amount of production that I put into each event, besides the cooking aspect. Writing menus, scheduling support staff, sourcing ingredients & equipment, ordering, shopping, etc.

 

Once the event details have been finalized, I will ask for a 20% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable should you need to cancel. If you need to cancel, I will ask that you do so at least one week in advance. This will help give me more time to book another event to make up for my lost time. Should you need to cancel within three days of the event, I would politely ask for another 30% (50% total) to cover for the additional time preparing for the event.
